These terms cover your use of this website and any merch you buy from our shop. Please read them before placing an order. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Who we are
This website and shop are run by No Favors, a rock band based in Stoke-on-Trent, England (“we”, “us”).
To get in touch with No Favors about anything in this document, message us through our social media pages.
Using this website
You’re welcome to browse, listen, watch and share links to the site. Please don’t misuse it: don’t try to break into accounts or the admin area, interfere with how it runs, or use it for anything unlawful.
The music, videos, artwork, photos, logos and text on this site belong to No Favors or the artists and photographers we work with, including Arkham Artwork. You can enjoy them for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you can’t copy, sell or reuse them without our permission.
We link to other sites, such as streaming services, social media and ticket sellers. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them. Their own terms apply.
Tickets
We don’t sell tickets ourselves. Tickets for our shows are sold by the venue, promoter or ticket agent linked on the site, and your purchase is with them under their terms, including for refunds if a show is cancelled or moved.
Accounts
You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password private and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
Buying merch
Placing an order
You must be 18 or over to place an order. When you check out and pay, you’re offering to buy the items in your basket. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order. If we can’t accept your order, for example because an item has sold out or there’s a mistake in the price, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs are shown before you pay. Payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe, when you place your order. If we’ve made an obvious mistake in a price, we’ll contact you before sending anything and you can choose whether to go ahead.
Delivery
We deliver in the UK and, where offered at checkout, to other countries. We’ll email you when your order is on its way, with tracking where it’s available. Any delivery times we give are estimates. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of us dispatching it, please get in touch. The items become your responsibility once they’re delivered to you.
For deliveries outside the UK, your country may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees when the parcel arrives. These aren’t included in our prices and you’ll need to pay them.
Changing your mind
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To cancel, message us through our social media pages with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
We’ll refund the price of the items and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting them back, or of you showing us proof that you’ve posted them if that’s sooner. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Please take reasonable care of items you send back: we may reduce your refund if something has been worn, washed or damaged beyond what you’d need to do to try it.
Music you can’t return once opened: the law doesn’t let you cancel for CDs, vinyl, cassettes or other sealed recordings once you’ve unsealed them. You can still return them unopened within the 14 days.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please tell us as soon as you can. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject faulty goods and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, you’re entitled to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a refund. We’ll also cover the cost of sending faulty items back. For more on your rights, visit Citizens Advice.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of that. We’re not responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for any business losses: the shop is for personal use only. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to exclude, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as postal strikes or severe weather. If that happens we’ll let you know, and you can cancel and get a refund if the delay goes on for a long time.
Your personal information
We use your information as explained in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and will change the date at the top when we do. The terms that apply to an order are the ones shown when you placed it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we’ll do our best to sort it out. If we can’t, you can take the matter to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
